By submitting User Content, you grant MotoCycler a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit that User Content in connection with the Site and MotoCycler's business. You retain ownership of your User Content but waive any right to compensation for its use by MotoCycler.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for your User Content.
MotoCycler reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict access to any User Content at any time without notice if it believes such content violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. MotoCycler provides a platform for users to list, buy, and sell motorcycle parts and related items. MotoCycler is not a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, nor the accuracy of listings. All transactions are conducted at the users' own risk. MotoCycler is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from marketplace transactions.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell listed items and that all listings comply with applicable laws. Buyers are responsible for verifying the condition and authenticity of items before purchase.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by MotoCycler. MotoCycler has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge that MotoCycler is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party sites.
The Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and, where applicable for users located in Canada, the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. For users located in Canada, Canadian consumer protection laws may apply and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under such laws.
MotoCycler reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
