• Approximate location data (only when you explicitly enable geolocation for the Local Directory feature)

• Displaying your listings, posts, and profiles to other users as intended

• Protected data storage with access restricted to authorized platform infrastructure only

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to maintaining the highest practicable level of data protection.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Your data is never shared with data brokers, advertising networks, or marketing companies. We may only disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use the Base44 platform to host, store, and process data. These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
• Public Content: Information you voluntarily post as public content (listings, forum posts, bike profiles, comments) is visible to other users by design. You control what you share.

User-generated content (listings, posts, comments) may be retained even after account deletion where necessary for the integrity of community discussions or legal compliance, but will be anonymized where possible.
